STAMP RALLY

Terms & conditions

Eligibility

• The Japan HopFest Stamp Rally runs from 7 November 2026 to 27 November 2026 (Singapore time). Stamps are accepted until 2am on 28 November for bars open late on 27 November.
• Open to participants aged 18 and above. One (1) stamp card per person and per email address.

Collecting stamps

• The Japan HopFest Stamp Rally is free. It is not a ticket and does not include entry to Japan HopFest. A festival ticket, sold separately, is needed to enter the festival and to redeem tokens.
• To receive a stamp, buy at least one (1) craft beer (pint, can or bottle) at a participating bar. Bar staff add the stamp to your stamp card.
• Only one (1) stamp per bar counts. Stamps cannot be added after 2am on 28 November 2026.
• Stamps can only be collected during the bar’s opening hours.
• When you are stamped, the stamp card asks for your phone’s location once to confirm you are at the bar. We keep only whether you were in range and how far away you were, not your location. Stamps that cannot be verified may be reviewed before tokens are given.

Rewards & redemption

• Rewards: 3 stamps = 1 complimentary festival token; 6 stamps = 2 tokens; 9 stamps = 4 tokens and one (1) entry into the Grand Lucky Draw; 12 stamps = 8 tokens and two (2) entries. Each stamp card is rewarded once, at the highest level reached.
• Drink Local: a stamp for a beer from AsaBrew, Lion Brewery Co, Off Day, People People, Ren Min or Sunbird adds that brewery’s badge (a stamp at a brewery’s own taproom counts for it). Badges do not earn tokens or lucky draw entries; collecting all six can win a Drink Local six-pack (below).
• Teams: 2 to 6 people may form a team. The 3 teams with the most stamps in total when stamping closes at 2am on 28 Nov win festival tokens worth S$200, S$100 and S$50 (at S$4 a token, rounded up). Ties go to the team that reached that total first. A team’s tokens are split equally, rounded up, between its members with at least 3 stamps, and paid with their own reward. Each member redeems separately with their own festival ticket; a share not redeemed by the end of the festival is forfeited. The person who starts a team can remove members until stamping closes; the team’s invite link then changes. Team names appear on a public leaderboard; we may remove any team name we consider inappropriate.
• Bonus tokens may be offered for stamps collected during HopFest Nights at the bars and times shown on your stamp card. They are added to your reward at redemption, up to two (2) per stamp card, and are only paid once you have at least 3 stamps.
• Tokens are not issued at the bars. Redeem them once, at the highest tier reached, at the Japan HopFest token counter at Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, on 28–29 November 2026, by showing your stamp card. The token counter is inside the festival, so a valid Japan HopFest ticket is needed to reach it.
• Tokens are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only at Japan HopFest 2026.

Grand Lucky Draw

• Prizes are listed on the stamp card and are given by the participating bars and Japan HopFest. Each prize is the responsibility of the bar giving it, is subject to its stated conditions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The festival draw is held at Japan HopFest on Sun 29 Nov 2026 and is drawn from stamp cards redeemed at the festival with draw entries (9 stamps = 1 entry, 12 stamps = 2). Any earlier draws listed on the stamp card are drawn from stamp cards that have reached 9 stamps by the draw date.
• Winners are picked at random, weighted by entries, and shown on their stamp card. One prize per stamp card. Prizes must be claimed by the date shown, at the bar giving it, or are forfeited. Japan HopFest may re-draw a prize that is not claimed.

General

• How we collect, use and keep your personal data is set out in our privacy notice.
• Japan HopFest (Sake Matsuri Pte Ltd) may amend these terms and may disqualify any stamp card collected by fraudulent means.
• Please drink responsibly.
